Real Estate Broker
Melody May is going to be a fixture on the Montreal real estate scene for many years to come, and it’s her love for people that drives her.
Born and raised in Lasalle, Melody has been well-recognized as a Top Real Estate Broker with Royal LePage Village for over 16 years. Her extensive knowledge and insight into the residential real estate market are unparalleled, and she has earned the prestigious Royal LePage Diamond Award recognizing her place amongst the top 3% of brokers in her market. Melody has also been featured in Top Agent Magazine in consecutive years, among other accolades.
Believing strongly in the importance of a customer-oriented service approach, Melody’s large base of loyal repeat clients is a primary reason for her success (over 80% of her business comes strictly from referrals) and a testament to how she consistently exceeds her clients’ expectations in an increasingly competitive sales environment in Montreal.
Clients place their trust in Melody and her team for the full service experience that she offers, her insights and knowledge of market trends and property values in Montreal, and for the impeccable ethics and professionalism that she brings to every transaction. As leader of Team Melody May, she instills these same first-class qualities in her teammates and empowers them to become the best possible versions of themselves.
Her commitment to people extends beyond her clients: Melody has been honoured twice with the “Quebec Individual of the Year” award (2011, 2018) for her extraordinary efforts and contribution in raising funds to help abused women and children through the Royal LePage Shelter Foundation.
A mother of three kids, Melody enjoys devoting leisure time to her health and fitness with a regular practice and regime of yoga, spinning and crossfit. She feels that the discipline and mindset she brings to the gym, for her, is easily applied to her business.
According to Melody, “There’s no better feeling than hearing the excitement in my client’s voices when we’ve found the one, their dream home. If you’re not passionate about what you do, I don’t believe you’ll be great at it. Attitude makes a huge difference and I love what I do."% of Royal LePage Real Estate Brokers.***

Zacharie Berard epitomizes integrity, energy, and hard work both in life and in real estate. A broker with over 2 years' experience under his belt, Zach officially committed to Team Melody May in early 2019. He joins an exciting team on the rise in a winning environment at Royal LePage Village where he can further expand upon an already impressive set of skills and instincts, and surround himself with some of the best mentors and realtors in the business.
From young families on the West Island to first-time buyers in the Plateau or Griffintown, clients find it easy to place their trust in such a genuine and authentic broker and seem as equally enthused to be working with Zach as he is with them. Believing that strength comes in numbers, he knows that the full-service dynamic that Team Melody May offers can and will only be an asset to his clients - that every aspect of their buying and selling experience is going to be well-looked after and elevated every step of the way.
Raised in Granby and having spent his school years in the Eastern Townships, Zach moved to Montreal to study at Concordia and fell in love with the city and its urban vibes. Now living in the Sud-Ouest, he pursued a career as a residential real estate broker and earned his license in 2017. In his leisure time, Zach is both an avid basketball player and coach who completely devotes himself to the sport and mentorship of his players. This same passion translates easily into his real estate career, where he applies that same level of care and attention to his clients.
He will always apply the best game plan to bring satisfaction to his clients, advocate for them, and ease then through the buying and selling process to realize their financial and lifestyle goals. His love for and marketplace knowledge of the city of Montreal and its suburbs allow him to easily guide his clients through such an important decision in their lives.
In Zach's own words "they (his clients) are all people just like me and all have needs and a level of anxiety related to the real estate process. I want to ease that anxiety." His future is bright and any client that works with him will be in great hands.
